Adding Documentation

The documentation of the ASCL project consits of three major parts. One part explains which explains the project, a second part which explains basic things about the library domains and an electronically generated part which contains the library description.

The library description is electronicly generated out of the interface specification (*.ads) files by means of a tool which is called adadoc. Adadoc is written in Ada 95 and is a part of this ditribution.
